which internet browser do you use to identify the SIM card? it works only with opera, mozilla firefox and google chrome. You can also help a vodafone shop near you. Maybe you would like to go there?

I use google chrome to activate, I have no vodafone store in my area, the nearest store is 60 km away from me.
