    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've just gotten a new SIM card, completed my identity verification a few hours ago, and on my Vodafone account online it shows that I have my full 2gb of data left - but my data is still not working.&amp;nbsp; I'm feeling pretty incapacitated being new in Germany without a working phone,&amp;nbsp;can someone please fix this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, why in the world is&amp;nbsp;Vodafone customer support only able to be contacted by calling them?&amp;nbsp; I've searched all over this website for an email address or live chat service but the only thing I've found is a phone number which I - and I assume all other customers trying to set up their mobile phone - obviously can't use.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
