I have ordered the CallYa sim card 7 days, and 3 days ago has received the confirmation email noticing the delivery would have happened within 2 days. I still have not found any mail in the mailbox. I wonder if anyone could help providing me with its tracking information

As SIM cards are sent out with regular letter mail, there normally is no tracking information available.
