I have paid €9,99 for the Callya smartphone special plan. I am living in Paris for a few days but I can't use the data provided in the plan. I have read that Vodafone roaming is free and available in the EU. Why can't I access the internet using my data?

Have you checked the APN settings?

Did the mobile internet work before in Germany?
