Unable to activate simcard via postident, as they don't accept Indian passport

Hi,

I purchased a new prepaid sim card worth 9.99 euros , when I try activate my sim card via postident, they informed me that they don't accept Indian passport as their proof.

Is there anyway that I can activate the sim?

Hi @Sudhi123,

Alternatively, your Sim-Card can be activatedt in a Vodafone Shop using your Indian Passport.
