Hello,

Two days ago I bought a EUR15 recharge for my mother's prepaid phone but the value was not credited.
When she calls #100*, it still shows the old balance (around EUR3).

I got an email from Vodafone confirming the process though:

"...für die Rufnummer +49 XXXXXXXX haben wir 15,00 EUR als Aufladung bekommen. Der Betrag wurde am 26.08.2018 per PayPal veranlasst.

Ihre Buchungsnummer lautet: XXXXXXXX"

Could you check if there was a problem with the recharge?

Hello,

the booking of the amount on 26.08.2018 was successful. of the credit then 9.99 euros for the tariff smartphone special were deducted. the remaining credit will of course be preserved.

I was just confused because I didn't know the smartphone tariff would be automatically deducted.
Everything's clear now 🙂
