Hello,

Recently in my bank statement, I found one transaction for which money (21.25 euros) is debited on behalf of Vodafone gmbh with an invoice number ***. But I did not receive any bill with this invoice number.

Couple of weeks ago, I ordered a SIM connection for my wife and for that Vodafone sent the SIM card to the local vodafone store and asked me to collect it from them. 2 years of time and contract is for 2 years.

Is the bill related to this SIM card order ? But I did not use it and how come it is billed

Have you collected the SIM card?

If so, the invoice might be the monthly base fee for the SIM card (that you have to pay even if you do not use the card)...

No.

I did not collect the SIM card.

Vodafone representative in the Vodafone store told it is a Vodafone policy and they cannot give me the SIM as the validity of my visa expires before the contract period.

But now I was charged money though I dont have the sim card
