Hi,

I recahged my Callya card using vodafone.de and paypal. The transaction was successful but the callya card was not credited with the amount. I tried calling the service and waited for 8 mins but nobody responded.

When did you complete the Paypal transaction?
Is your CallYa SIM issued by Vodafone directly or by a service provider (e.g. Mobilcom-Debitel)?
What do you mean by

did you end up in the queue (which is possible, as you may not be the only person calling at that time... 😉 ) or did you receive an automated voice response with some kind of information only?
