      <title>CallYa Sim not working</title>

      <description>Hi, I have a problem with the prepaid CallYa sim. So I bought it for 10 euros and I made the identification through video chat. It all went well except that I have 0 credit on it and no minutes or anything. I can not use it. As it's a prepaid sim, shouldn't it have that credit on it or the data and minutes they wrote about?&lt;BR /&gt;I hope someone can help me with this as I already lost other 7 euros with Lycamobile(activated a bundle, credit disappeared and I got nothing on it) and I don't wish to waste money further.</description>
