Call ya Smarphone special contract

Hi all and thanks for bearing with me for speaking english and not german. (I really tried!)

Two years ago I had a CallYa Smartphone special contract with you.

I left Germany without even thinking about it, removed the sim and replaced it with my brand new dutch one.

Is this fine or should I have canceled the contract? I don't recall having an automatic debit on it so assume once the credit is down there is nothing to worry about but would like to have it confirmed as I would hate to owe anything :S

Would it be possible for you to check the account?

Hi @mokolamou,

the big advantage over long term contracts is that CallYa is a prepaid "contract".

After 3 month without using the SIM-card, VF send you an SMS about cancellation and deactivation the SIM-card after further 30 days.

If you didn't use any services (phone, mobile data, SMS etc.) within 3 month I guess your SIM-card is already deactivated. If you should have any credit on your SIM-card then you should do a request to payout the amount to your bank account.

To check your account you have to wait to a moderator who is able to get a view to your internal account data. Please be patient because the moderators are not here 24/7. 🙂

Meaning even if I had the CallYa smartphone special plan (renewable), it just cancels itself if I don't use it?

Is it possible to have a negative balance and in this case what happens?

Sorry for all the question, just don't want any loose end in Germany 😛

Even so. 🙂

It's possible having a negative balance but not in this tariff. If you don't have enough balance than the tariff wouldn't renew itself.

But to play safe you should wait of a moderator I mentioned above. 🙂
