      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all and thanks for bearing with me for speaking english and not german.&amp;nbsp; (I really tried!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Two years ago I had a CallYa Smartphone special contract with you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I left Germany without even thinking about it, removed the sim and replaced it with my brand new dutch one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this fine or should I have canceled the contract? I don't recall having an automatic debit on it so assume once the credit is down there is nothing to worry about but would like to have it confirmed as I would hate to owe anything :S&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Would it be possible for you to check the account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4235141"&gt;@mokolamou&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the big advantage over long term contracts is that CallYa is a prepaid "contract".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After 3 month without using the SIM-card, VF send you an SMS about cancellation and deactivation the SIM-card after further 30 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you didn't use any services (phone, mobile data, SMS etc.) within 3 month I guess your SIM-card is already deactivated. If you should have any credit on your SIM-card then you should do a request to payout the amount to your bank account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To check your account you have to wait to a moderator who is able to get a view to your internal account data. Please be patient because the moderators are not here 24/7. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":leicht_lächelndes_Gesicht:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
