English: Automatically subscribed to 9.99 plan

Dear Sir / Madam,

I bought the Vodafone prepaid sim recently and recharged it with 15 Euro for the first time yesterday night.

I checked my balance today and found that I am subscribed to 9.99 Euro plan, which I did not do. Also, instead of 9.99 Euro, 10.28 Euro was debited from my account making the current balance as 4.72 Euro.

Where did you buy the CallYa and what plan do you want?
You can change the plan by the MeinVodafone-App.

Thanks for the tip. I bought the sim card from Vodafone’s website. Currently I do not want any plan as in I want to have credit and use it for call/data whenever needed. In future, I may want to subscribe for data plan when I am traveling because at home and work I have wifi and do not need data plan. I already tried on the app I can see my current plan and also other available plans but do not see an option to unsubscribe/terminate the current plan. It only shows my current plan is valid for 4 weeks and will terminate on 2x June 2018 but nothing about will it automatically renew again after that date or is this a one time thing.

The 29ct Facetime message is usually a one-time fee - except you turn off and on Facetime again (for each time you turn it off or on, your iPhone will send an SMS to a service number in Great Britain, yet you will be charged 29 ct for each time you turn Facetime on or off).

About the plan:

The only plan that is free is the CallYa Flex tariff...

All other plans will automatically renew after 28 days if you do not cancel them before or switch to the Flex tariff.

You can switch to CallYa Talk&SMS. It is free and data use is only possible by booking an Internet Option.

Hi @prateek_agarwal,

The fee of 0,29€ for Face Time and I Message is calculated again and again, if you activate or deactivate the service (in each case an SMS is generated to the Appl Server in England)
