Hi,

Im having issues registering a sim

A few days ago we bought a sim at a supermarket and had some issue registering it via video because of our australian passports, so we went to a post office with the QR code and paperwork and did the postident in person.

The postident worked as far as i can tell, i can log into the postident website and the google translation to english says it worked.

Now that the id check is done with the post pffive how do we get the phone sim to work ? The phone is connected to vodafone but not to to data network (4g or 3g).

We got two sms text messages saying we have 0.01 in credit but the packet for the sime said it came with €10 and 1.5gb data.

Did you restart the phone?
The credit is 0.01 because the CallYa Smartphone Special is 9.99 per four weeks.
