The SIM card not delivered yet

Hello there,

I orderd a call ya sim card via online of May 2nd and it still hasn't been delivered. The online verification has been already at that very moment itself. So how do I get to know the status or know if I have given the right address?

Note: I'm still learning German so at the moment won't understand anything what the customer support says to me.
