Activation of SIM Card via Postident not possible

I'm an Indian passport holder and bought a CallYa card for 9.99 euros at the local REWE supermarket in Garching. However, when I tried to activate online via Postident, I was informed that Postident does not have Indian Passport data and was asked to contact Vodafone. Please, advice regarding course of action.

unfortunately there was an assignment error. Please send me your mobile number private message. I will release the online registration again and make sure the registration is done via web-ident. Web Ident accepts Indian passports
