Hello,

I have a problem canceling my contract with Vodafone. I went to a store and they canceled my contract, but I later received an email saying that my contract is going until the end of November. I do not need this phone number anymore and I would like to cancel it now. I tried several phone numbers, but without success: /
What can I do to cancel my contract definitively?

what kind of contract do you have exactly? You are in the subforum "CallYa". And CallYa is prepaid.

Hello Cid,

If yours is a subscription with a regular bill each month, then you signed up for a minimum of 24 months.

You can, of course, cancel your subscription so that it ends after 24 months - but opting out earlier is not available as an option. I assume the November date refers to the end of the 24 months minimum duration.

If you need more assistance, you can return to your original chat, as El_Cid suggests, or start a new one in the Mobilfunk board .
