Hi, i want to cancel my callya connection and move to another mobile operator but i want to keep the same number. What is the process?

Hi @Asad2, you have to fill out the "Verzichtserklärung" (InfoDok 233) first.

Then ensure that you have load up your amount with 29,95 € (fee for transfer your number to your new mobile vendor).

And last but not least you can order your new SIM (incl. mobile number porting) by your new vendor.

you can fax it or you send it via mail to the adress which ist noticed in the head of the document.
