Problem using MeinVodafone app for the CallYa number

Hello
I'm a CallYa user
I downloaded MeinVodafone app and was trying to login, but with no success.
When I click "Mit SMS-Code anmelden" and then enter my phone number and click "SMS-Code anforden" button - nothing happens.
When I'm tring to add my CallYa number to my contracts list in the web app https://www.vodafone.de/meinvodafone/, I get the following error: "Unfortunately, phone numbers of partner companies can not participate in MeinVodafone."

I looked at the contract details - there is Mobilcom Debitel. Do I understand correctly that this is the reason of my problems?
That is only CallYa customers with direct contract with Vodafone can use MeinVodafone app?

Yes. You are customer at mobilcom-debitel and not Vodafone. So you can't use the Vodafone App or MeinVodafone Service.
