      <title>WebRTC Connection Problems</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry if I've posted this in the wrong place but I can't figure out where to make tech support queries to Vodafone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have a client that uses iPads with an inhouse app which uses WebRTC for audio &amp;amp; video calls. Our clients are constantly reporting connection problems with the audio / video calls, even when they have good cellphone reception. Normally the first connection attempt fails, but it mostly works on a second attempt.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, when we test from Swizerland the connectivity is good, so we suspect it's perhaps the cellular service. All of the sales people have company contracts with Vodafone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does Vodafone use some sort of throttling / traffic shaping / QoS that could be hindering the WebRTC connections? Or is there perhaps some sort of policy giving low priority to internet audio /&amp;nbsp; video calls?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
