english customer service needed

I'm a new customer since 4 months now, during this 4 months, internet connection is very unstable, at least had 20 times lost internet connection. sometimes several minutes, sometimes several hours. i think it's not normal.

i don't speak german, anyone know a english speaking customer service number? so i can call them when it have a problem. and since the problem come so often, really disturbed my life, i hope will have a solution?
