Sorry for my lack of German but I need assistance and I have tried in German

I have a kable contract with Vodafone.de and stay in Bavaria. I have had no internet for a week now and am working from home during corona. Not having WiFi has meant I have not been able to work. I have had no contact from Vodafone dispite me trying everyday to get into contact (call back requested, form posts, phoning) with someone to try and fix the problem.

unfortunately, there is currently a return path interferer in your area. Some of the neighbors in the street also have no connection. The department is still in the process of eliminating the problem. We would be happy to book you data volume on a Vodafone SIM to bridge the gap.

Thank for your reply, i would appreicate a data sim to see me through the time without wifi. How can we get this set up as i need to get back into constent work without worrying about having not internet?

I do not have a phone contract with Vodafone, i only have phone, internet and tv,

Hi Fred,

@ERFD please can you reply so we can set up the data sim because I still have no internet. It is majorly effective my wife's and my ability to work.

Is there any indication on when the internet in my area will be fixed?

Please kindly provide the solution you suggested, I can not sustain the data costs on my phone contract to work, that is why i bought an internet contract with Vodafone but i have now had no internet for over a week. How is this acceptable??

@peregrine I know you pain. On the trouble shooting page it keeps giving me date 2 days in the future for when they hope i will have internet again. I have had the red internet light blinking the whole time with no internet.

There is no sign of the problem being solved, i am hoping @ERFD will help. Tbh i will give until the end of this week to get fixed and if not I need to look somewhere else.

Thank you for your reply, the pre load data sim will help but is only a temporary fix which i am sure you know. Is there a time when we should have an actual internet connection again?

Is there compensation for the time i have had no internet for?
