No Internet problem with no light led.

Hello Vodafone Community,

I am using the Vodafone Red Internet& phone 50 cable.

Suddenly, I realized that the internet led lamp was out.

I tried the following Online network help, but it doesn't work.

I can connect WIFI via laptop and mobile phone but internet can not work, just connect WIFI.

In my router, There are led lamp lights, Power, and wifi.

How can I turn on the internet lamp(@ symbol) and phone lamp(phone symbol)

What shall I do ?
