Internet disconnected

My Internet disconnected for 5minutes 2 or 3 times one day.And after disconnection, when i went to the modem site, it always says "In process ". I use kabel 500 from vodafone since 2 years ago. And this problem happened 1 week ago.Hope someone can help me.
