Internet red light keep flashing

Hello Vodafone team,

I just got my router yesterday and then tried to install. However, the internet red light keep flashing and there is no WIFI at all. Thus, I tried to reconnect the white cable but unfortunately the cable case is pull off somehow. What should I do? Or I need to buy a new cable and try to reinstall again?

Can you please take a picture of the defective part? Obviously, we'll have to send you a technician.

@Juthaporn if only the cable is broken you can buy a new one

no need for a technician if there is only a Problem with the cable
