Hello there- sorry for the English in advance. I received the cable modem today but my internet LED blinks red and cannot connect. I’m trying to set the connection up using the cable via the Apple Airport Time Capsule. Any help would be appreciated.

the cable is also plugged into the antenna socket or only into the Apple Airport Time Capsule.

If it's in the junction box and it doesn't work, please send me a PN with your customer data (name, customer number, date of birth and address).
