    <description>&lt;P&gt;No, no connection problems. Everything works fine except VoD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The first time I watched 5 minutes and then when I tried to rewind, it hung. After restarting several times, I gave up. The next night, I tried again and that time, I never got any picture, only the soundtrack.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Really, I just want a credit on my account because I've never had any luck with Vodafone VoD, so I will stick with Netflix for the time being.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rebecca&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, for the last 2 days, I have been trying to watch a film via VoD. It keeps "hanging". Sometimes the soundtrack keeps going, but no video, just the circle in the middle of the screen. I've tried multiple times, including re-starting the Giga box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how I make contact with Vodafone to get credit for the 5 Euros?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA R.
