About internet connection problem

Halo. I am KIM and I have a problem with connection.

Yesterday, everything is find but when I took of the power of modem pulg, and later I put it on modem power.

The modem got power on and it try to connect internet but it does not.

In information book, it said "It will be connect in 15m" but it still did not connect.

Only green light for wifi and up and down arrow blinking now. It is been more than 1 hour.

I did reset.

I know my English is terrible and thanks for read my problem.
