After two months of waiting I still have no information about my Kabel-Anschluss.
A technician came to my house, tested cable and said that there are problems with it but not in the house but somewhere in street and that should be repaired. And then second appointment will be made. Nothing happened since then.
I have only one month before my contract with Telekom will be terminated. If you are unable to provide service because of technical reasons I should be aware of this and try to prolong with Telekom then.

But how long may this last take in account nothing was made for two months?
I feel I am in serious threat leaving without phone and internet at all after my contract with Telekom will expire in a month.
