Internet langsame ung grosse PING

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich bitte Sie um Hilfe. Seid zwei Wochen, ist meine Internetverbindung jeden Abend sehr schlecht bzw. deutlich langsamer als Nachmittags, cca. 50% langsamer (PING: 100ms+) . In online Spielen habe ich dadurch auch einen sehr hohen Ping. Das Problem faengt meistens gegen 18:00 Uhr an. Ich habe schon versucht das Modem zu reseten und das Netzwerkkabel direkt in den PC zu stecken. Dies hat leider nicht geholfen. Ich waere ueber jegliche Hilfe dankbar.

Hi is there somebody who can look on my problem?. I already call to hot line and they said everything is ok. But my problem is konstant, every night i have slow internet connection and really big ping. I play online games and that ping is big problem. Internet is not cheap so i will be really happy that my connection was all richt. After all i must pay for it. I have this problem 3 monts. Is there any central disorder? 3 moths back everything was fine. I need some information why is this happening.

This is my everynight donwload speed. Is this normal????? I pay for 200Mbit internet and not this garbage. This low speed connection cost me 40e every month.

Hi, is there any option how i can cancel my contract whit vodafone? I dont want to wait until 2020 internet which does not work every night is pointless . Or is there any solution how make my connection better? Like switch do DLS from kabel? Or something ?

I don't think you need to wait until 2020...

do you have another device connected to our router? What kind of network card is installed in your computer?

I can't find anything wrong in your connection area.

Hi, i have just laptop and mobile phone conect to my router and if i disconnect every devices it solved nothig. I have gigabite ethernet network card. I dont think there is some issues with my router or computer. There must be somthing wrong on Vodafone side. Like i said i have this issues just from 18:00 until 23-24:00 +- 1 hour. So this problem is in evening peak. I read many post here on forum and i see there is some central problem with bandwidth?? But i dont know if this issue affect my area. And i try reinstal my network driver, reset router into factory setings, change every kabel but nothing help.

your connection area is not too busy.

Please make a ping plotter to different destinations, also to one of your games.

When did you perform a factory reset on your router? It is online since 8 days.

Hi Michal,

my advice: cancel your contract. Follow these steps:

1. Download app from breitbandmessung.de (it's from the German Gov)

2. follow instructions (you need 10 measurements on two days)

3. the app gives you a report

4. Send that report to Vodafone telling them they have 2 weeks to fix it otherwise the contract is canceled from your side.

Hi, last time i rest my router is yesterday, before that 8 days back yes, i stop doingt it becouse it wont help.

Here is some examples from ping plotter, but i don kwon how to make ping plotter from one of my games, so here is screen from one of my games that show latency. And this is bad. Pls dont tell there is no problem and my connection is ok, becouse there must be some problem, i pay 200/mb internet. Maybe some problem inside my router? So can you help my some how or this bad conncetion is standart from vodafone services and i must cancel my contract?

Hi, here are some another examples from ping plotter ( another day, another tests), first one is one of my online games. I think there is clearly see there is something wrong whith my connection. There is big diference between afternoon and evening. I hope this is good example for you and you too now see i have some problem witch my connection. Thank you

so I can't see anything at the line with the best will in the world. I just checked everything once again, there are also no abnormalities at the broadcasting station.

We can exchange the router and see if it gets better.

Hi, yes whe can try change router maybe it helps, its worth a try. But i must ask you look at the ping plotter test, do you see there is some abnormalities whit my connection? or this results ar normal?
