Wifi without internet

Hello! I'm sorry for this but I have to write in english. I'll be thankful if anyone can help me with this.

I've been using my wifi in our mobile phones and sometimes laptops. The problem is most of the times when the devices are idle and we unlock them, we are connect to the wifi but internet is not available. This is fixed by turning on and off airplane mode and reconnecting. Just to be clear, this does not happen with other wifi networks. Could this be some misconfiguration or any suggestion on how to fix this. It's not a serious issue but it should not work like this. And another detail, when we are connected to internet, the service is perfect.

Which kind of modem/router do you use? Did you made a reset?

My equipment is a TG3442DE. I'll try to reset and test it today, I'll let you know how it went.

Just to let you know. I think resetting to factory settings worked. I'll try to change the network name and password again to try it. Do you have any idea on why this happened?
