Fast blinking @ symbol, no internet

I have gotten new cable mit WLAN router yesterday, and I have tried to connect my internet with my cable router and only get the fast blinking “@“ symbol. I’ve tried it with WiFi and internet cable but both don't work. Any suggestions?

Seems you need a technician that fixes the signal issues...

yes, now it is working. I had to order technician and come to help me activating internet.
