Router is showing good connection but no internet

Dear Vodafone, this morning, i woke up to find the red LED light on the info section of my router and no internet. I restarted the router to get a connection. After that, the router is showing all good (green) lights but there is no internet connection. The weird thing is the connection is showing "verbunen seit 01.01.1970, 01:02 Uhr, Vodafone, 84.61.254.235". Details listed below. Wifi is strong but no internet. This is for all our phones and computers. I tried the self-service help on this website, turn off for 5 minutes, check cables, and still nothing. I need this for work. Can you help me, please?

I have the exact same issues, not internet and in the router when I run the diagnostic all appear to be good, I tried restaring multiple times the router and nothing.... I need this to work please help us soon as possible. I am in Düsseldorf 40235.

I got my internet connection back now.

I'm glad that your connection is working fine again.

Yesterday there was an outage in Düsseldorf.

This has been solved already.
