No internet connection since 5 days

On 23rd FEB 2020 my DSL internet connection was lost. And it is 5days, and it is not recovered.

I reported Vodafone via mail and phone. till I didn't get any response from Vodafone. I have been using Vodafone DSL since 5 years. This was my worst experience with vodafone till now.

I hope will get help from vodafone soon.
