Problems with my internet bandwidth

Hi,

I'm having problems with my internet (DSL) connection, it was supposed that I should have 50000 kb/s widthband at home but I am receiving around 13000 kb/s.

I have tried to solve this problem calling the hotline, but they told me that they don't speak in english, and with my best tries in German I got nothing.

I hope you can help me.

welcome to the Vodafone Community!

As you are using a DSL connection I moved your thread to the correct board.

You can send me a private message (click on my avatar -> Diesem Benutzer eine private Nachricht senden)

I need your name, your customer number, your customer password and a mobile phone number for questions SMS etc.

Also I need at least 3 reliable speedcheck tickets:

- www.speedcheck.vodafone.de

- checks done on 3 different days, during different times.

- please via lan cable and not via WIFI

- no parallel downloads or streams

- no other devices should use your network while you do the checks
