Hi,

I have no internet access since yesterday. My network card is connecting to the hotspot but no internet access. I think the problem is with the access point and needs to be reset remotely because don't see any IPv4 settings, IP, Gate, DNS, etc. I connect to other hotspot but is to far and the signal is to weak. The nearest hotspot is :

Hi Pablotto,

there is problem with the signal at the spot. To fix this, the owner of the conract has do contact us. Please use another spot instead.

Hi Pablotto,

there is no entitlement to the use of a particular spot. You can use it when you are on the move, not as a substitute for a fixed connection.
