Cancel WiFi Hotspot Flat

Dear Vodafone,

As the Hotspot Flat contract said, I can cancel it any time I want. I'd like to do it now but I cannot find the cancellation button in your webstie.

I've referenced other questions in the community. It seems like you have not provided cancelling online. Also, the contact site does not have the contact form for Hotpot flat. Could you please let me know how can I terminate it?

I cannot speak German so call to customer serivce would be difficult to me.

Any help is very appreciate.

Hi,

I'll take care of it. Please send me your customer number, name, address and date of birth by private message. Post a short message in the thread as soon as you have sent the PM.

PS: Please change your username if the current name is your customer number. This is safer for you. Otherwise I would have to change it.
