Hotspot cancellation

Hi,
I subscribed for the Hotspot, but I did not use it for the last three months and I discovered it take money monthly from my credit card. I would like to cancel it but I couldn't find a clue how to do that. When I even try to log in to the website of vodafone it fails. I would like to cancel the service and I need help with that.

I understand that you want this cleared up. Unfortunately, I couldn't find you. I'm just surprised you didn't get an order confirmation. They always send them out. Please take a look at your bank statement and write it to me by private message or just send me a picture. The contract is definitely on you? Have you bought a hotspot ticket? Can you send me a picture of your order?
