Recently, I am not able to connect to vodafone hotspot at Thomas Münzter Platz, Dresden. Can you please check that it works?

is it just the hotspot that doesn't work or all of them? Which Hotspot ID is affected?

I don't know exactly which one I was connecting to, as there are many in that area
One example is this one: HH-4-4654770.
Mostly I don't see the vodafone hotspot, homespot option in WiFi connections. When I see it, I am not to connect to it. The internet doesn't work

Hello Neharika,

the router from the ID you sent is offline, so maybe the owner unplugged it. In that case the Homespot isn't available as well.

So what is the solution for that? Is it possible to contact the owner and get it restarted? I am paying for this homespot service, so of course I would like to use it.

no, there's nothing we can do. If and how long the router is active is decided by the owner only. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do.
