Hello,

We would like to cancel our Vodafone Hotspot contract (WLAN-Hotspot-Flat). We could not find an option
to do so from the customer portal. Please do the required and let us know if anything is required from us.

Hello Vphone754,

i can help with that, but I have one more question. Should the contract for the Hotspotflat be cancelled at the end of the term (22.12.2020) or do you want a revocation? The contract is still in the cancellation period and can therefore be terminated immediately. But you have to tell me exactly whether you want to 'cancel' or 'revoke'.

Please revoke the contract immediately and provide us a confirmation for the same. We no longer have the requirement for a hotspot.

already done, I rescinded the hotspot contract. Confirmation's on its way to you. Do you have any more questions or can we do the contribution with it again?
