Please enter "Ich möchte kündigen" in the question window. Then choose "Kabel-Vertrag" and then "Haupt-Vertrag kündigen". In the next step you take the point "Ich möchte den Vertrag ordentlich zum Vertragsende kündigen" and then the link to the "Kontaktformular".       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your answer,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;even if the service does not work, will you still charge? I've paid for this hotspot service and it does not work, I contacted customer service but they did not help since I don't speak German.
