Hi there,

I ordered a WLAN-Hotspot-Flat in July. However, I have never received the contract by mail. Today Vodafone take the monthly payment 19.99 euros from my bank account even though I have never registered the contract. Please help to cancel whatever contract that is and please return the money. Thanks!
