I want to terminate my wifi hotspot flat contract. I tried to use the contract form but they send me an email that I need to do it through this forum.

Hello, it seems my contract is still not canceled. I still got charged from the bank.

Hello, Immerkhmer,

the contract was terminated, as confirmed, on December 21. The invoice is always created by the system for the entire month. Unfortunately no cancellation can be considered. The overpaid amounts will be refunded to you with the next invoice run.
