Hi,

The Internet wifi is being really bad and it's costing me time and money as I work from home.

I wanted to know if it's possible to ask for a refund.

Of course that is possible. However, Vodafone does not contractually guarantee any kind of WiFi data transfer rates (as there are too many external factors that can have a negativwe impact on the rates), so if they should grant you a refund (or a temporary reduction of the monthly fee) it would be a goodwill thing.

Have you already checked if the data rates are up to speed when using a LAN cable with your (DSL? Cable?) connection?

With that everything is actually said. For us it is important how it looks like by LAN, so that we can exclude a general disturbance.
