Hotspot connection fails to maintain internet connection - abuse of service by other users?

Hello,

I have been using the hotspot service for approx. 1 week and a half. And really I have been unable to use it at all. I am having to write this via my phones 4g connection it's that unusable.

Hotspot location postcode: 80333, Munich

Issue: If during early morning or late evening, the connection works great. Excellent speed and quality. No complaints.

However, it appears when another user connects my service is just no good.

I assume it is another user -- as my connection dies when their airplay tv appears on the network and I can hear their choice of movie play for the evening.

Is there any way it can be confirmed there isn't some type of abuse of service occuring on other users behalf? Tethering of devices, excessive usage etc? Given the service declines from 1mb/s speed test -- to nothing, makes me think it isn't a QoS or coverage issue. The signal is full. But an abuse of service.

At this stage, if this can't be resolved and is a permanent outcome where other users gain superior service, my only course would be to file a dispute on payment via paypal for non delivery of service as described. This isn't the course of action I want, I simply want the connection to remain usable and be a happy customer. 🙂
