Hotspot problem

Hi,

I bought a 30-day ticket on April 16th and it worked for about a week (of course with little problems - it worked 1-2 hours and then 10-20 minutes break) and now it does not work at all.

The Hotspots near me are:

HH-3-3226802
HH-3-3500511
HH-3-3255545
HH-3-3239342

Are you still able to connect? Do you receive a message during the process? Have you tried different devices?

i have tried with my phone and also did not work " an authentication error occurred "

The ticket itself is only valid for one device. Which one did you use to buy the ticket? What is the MAC. Then I'd like to look it up. Please send me the data by private message. Also the ticket ID.

Ticket ID and mac you find it in first attachments
And i know the ticket is valid onli for one device
I only want to say that i can not connect with any device to hotspot
Please look to all attachments and tell me if you want something more.

At least restart the router maybe will fix the problem.

I have rebooted the router. The connection to your laptop should work.

I just was with my phone in the other hotspot aria in there i can connect and reach the login page. Here not...

Hey,

well, do you try to connect to a "Homespot" or "Hotspot"? On your screenshots you could clearly see you try to connect to a homespot. You cant use a homespot with hotspot flat, the flat is just for these hotspots.

I can not connect on eny hotspot or homespot..... both have the same problem.
Before that i can use the intetnet from both (homespot and hotspot) with the same ticket. Now i can not even make a connection. I can not use the routers who suppose to connect me to the internet.
