Vodafone Hotspot Bremen

Hello,

I purchased 2 months subscription to Vodafone Hotspot because I recently relocated to Bremen.
I found that hotspots are available at my address: 28717, Bansiner street but not of them are working.
I can not connect to them. It shows "Failed to obtain IP addrsss".
However I could successfully down to Bremen. Please advice on the solution.
Otherwise I want to request cancellation of the contract and refund.

does the same error occur with multiple hotspots? Can you please give me the ID of the affected hotspots?
