How to cancel my WLAN-Hotspot-Flat

Pangfat — Tue, 24 Apr 2018 06:34:43 GMT

Hallo!
I applied WLAN-Hotspot-Flat online last year.

But I will leave Germany about one month later so I want to stop my contract.

However， I forget the user name and password tp login my account.

What should I do now to cancel my WLAN-Hotspot-Flat？

I also ask the custom service, but they ask me to " visit our Vodafone forum under forum.vodafone.de. Open a new thread for your questions and have a little patience. One of my colleagues will take care of your problem."

Who can help me?

Thanks a lot!

Hi Stephan,

another question is: what should I do after I receive the confirmation? Need I send something to you?

Best,

Hi Pangfat,

no you don't have to send something back.

This confirmation simply contains the end of the contract. After this date, this contract is terminated for you.

Stephan
