My house's Hotspot can not use now

Hallo,
There have problem in my house.
I buy Hotspot and Homespot for 24 month.
It was good and connect always successfuly using in my whole house.
but before Ostern Ferien it still can connect but can not be use in my house without toilet. Could you pleace fix it as soon as possible?

can you please tell us the affected hotspot ID? Is this your own spot or that of the neighbours? Unfortunately, this does not emerge from your description.

Hello wxbob,

The hotspot appears to be fine. There are only a few reachability issues. Have you tried different devices?
