Activating GigaKombi discount on my account

Hi,

I have recently ordered the 'Vodafone RED M' mobile plan, the sim card should arrive tomorrow. Please can this be added to my Vodafone account and the GigaKombi deal / discount added, to bring the data volume to unlimited and add the additional 10EUR monthly discount? I can provide the order number from the Vodadfone email, as this isn't showing up in MeinVodafone yet.
