Deleted account while merging two accounts

Hello,

I had two accounts, one for the Internet and one for the mobile. Each of them with a different e-mail. When merging both I accidentally deleted the account for the mobile. Can I add this account to my Internet account? I have tried to add it using the "Vertrag hinzufügen" option, but it does not work. Any help? Thank you.

Can you tell me why do you post this issue into the board "Gewinnspiele" (sweepstakes)?

I saw in the last years that especially often English posts were postet here. But I can't find a reason why...

Hello Maria,

yes you can add the mobile contract by using the "Vertrag" hinzufügen" option.

Do you receive an error message when you try to add it?
