      <title>Gigacube Flex - wrong billing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Im billed every month for GigaCube flex 34,99Euro per Month for past 5 months. I have not requested the GigaCube flex in my Vertrag/Contract and I have NOT recived the GigaCube flex or NOT used it. This extreemely bad service and each time I visit a Vodafone shop here, no action is done. Can someone here tell me how to solve this issue. Else I have to file a complaint, as i falsely billed every month.&lt;/P&gt;
